Seller setup guide
Every step from approval to a live store, in order. Up to 30 days free. Your first plan charge (from ₹999/month) is 30 days after you subscribe.
1 · Set your password
Use the one-time setup link from your approval email (valid 24 hours). Expired? Reply to the email and we send a fresh one.
2 · Sign in
Your seller dashboard is at /dashboard/login. Signing in starts your 7-day private preview.
Before setup · Platform plan
Your first invoice lists the one-time setup fee ₹499. You also authorize your plan (from ₹999/month) by UPI Autopay, charged from 30 days after you subscribe. During the payment-preview pilot, nothing is charged and no mandate is created.
3 · Confirm your business details
Name, category, contact and delivery area - these appear on your storefront.
4 · Add your products / services
Add your items or services with photos, descriptions and prices from the Menu page. Until you go live your store is private: only you and our Admin team can see it, it does not appear in public browsing, and customers cannot order.
5 · Connect payments (Razorpay)
Customer payments land directly in your own bank account through your own Razorpay account. Individuals are welcome - no company or GSTIN needed. Rs 499 is the only upfront payment. No setup fee for Razorpay or WhatsApp. Razorpay charges a nominal payment processing fee per transaction.

Keep ready: PAN card (personal PAN is fine), bank account number + IFSC (verified with a Rs 1 deposit), address proof (Aadhaar via DigiLocker is the usual fallback), GSTIN only if you already have one (optional).
6 · WhatsApp order alerts
MyStoreFront sends your order alerts and customer messages from its own WhatsApp number, so there is nothing to sign up for with Meta and no WhatsApp bill for you. Just tell us the WhatsApp number where you want to receive new-order alerts.
7 · Go live
From your seller dashboard, open Setup & go live and press Go live. Your store becomes public and customers can order. Going live does not change the date: your first plan charge is 30 days after you subscribe.
