What MyStoreFront is
MyStoreFront lets independent sellers run a simple online storefront: a catalogue of products or services, a cart, and order checkout. Orders are confirmed and fulfilled directly between the buyer and the seller, typically over WhatsApp.
Payments and commissions
MyStoreFront charges sellers a subscription fee (see Pricing) and takes no commission on sales. Buyer payments made through a store's checkout are processed by Razorpay and settle to that store's own linked account. MyStoreFront does not hold buyer funds and never sees card or UPI credentials.
For sellers
- You are responsible for your listings, prices, stock, fulfilment, refunds, and customer service.
- You are responsible for your own tax, licensing, and legal compliance, and for selling only lawful goods and services.
- Your store data is isolated from other sellers and is not shared with them.
- We may suspend a store that sells unlawful items, misuses buyer data, or misrepresents what it sells.
For buyers
- Provide accurate delivery details. Orders are verified by a one-time code sent to your phone.
- Your purchase contract is with the seller. Payment issues, cancellations, and refunds are handled per the store's policy and our Cancellation and refunds page.
- A blocked or failed payment is auto-reversed to source by the payment gateway and your bank.
Pre-launch status
The platform is in pre-launch validation: features, designs, and pricing may change, and availability is best-effort with no uptime guarantee. Stores marked as preview are not yet taking live orders.
Liability
The service is provided as is. MyStoreFront is an intermediary between buyers and sellers and is not liable for a seller's goods, services, delivery, or refunds, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
