Good to know before you start.

Do I need a company or a GSTIN?

No. Individuals are welcome: Razorpay onboarding works with a personal PAN. If your annual turnover crosses ₹40 lakh (₹20 lakh for services), or if you sell goods to other states, we recommend registering for GST as per GST regulations.

What does it cost to start?

You get up to 30 days free. You pay a one-time ₹499 setup fee at sign-up. After the trial it is from ₹999 a month (Starter ₹999, Pro ₹1,499), charged by UPI Autopay, with your first plan charge 30 days after you subscribe.

Who handles payments and WhatsApp messaging?

Payments go through your own Razorpay account, with your PAN and your settlements. MyStoreFront sends your order alerts from its own WhatsApp number, with no WhatsApp setup fee. Razorpay charges a nominal payment processing fee per transaction, billed by Razorpay, never MyStoreFront.
